The LGBT+ Members Officers coordinate resources and advice for Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender plus members of the branch. They make sure issues of concern to LGBT+ workers are raised by the branch. They work with the Equalities Officer, other branch officers and members to identify and challenge discrimination at work and promote the branch’s equality agenda.
